It introduces Pastoral Supervision to help you discover and build upon your own resources for pastoral ministry with people in situations of crisis and growth. \nObjectives\nTo provide a context where people can begin to work in a supervised placement. \nCreate a learning model which gives people the opportunity to develop their professional\, personal\, and pastoral resources for ministry to others \nHelp participants discover effective ways of interacting with patients\, staff and others which are healing\, sustaining\, guiding\, reconciling\, nurturing and liberating. \nProvide a safe group supervision process where people can evaluate their effectiveness of their ministry.
