Learning to Sail in Supervision

On our ‘voyages’ as supervisors and spiritual carers, we need to be similarly well prepared, with the skills, knowledge and provisions required for a safe journey. Do we know where we are going? Are our ‘passengers’ safe because of our preparation and skill? What are we learning that will improve voyages in the future? How can we do things better? As we turn our gaze towards new horizons on the voyage, are we ready to meet all challenges?
We hope this education in Supervision program will be helpful for all of us and especially those who are completing their hours for their accreditations.
We will be offering 15 hours of education in supervision over the two days – and yes we realise that is a big ask following conference – however we think it will be absolutely worth it!
We are looking forward to our learning, our experience and education.
